About the program:

The North Ridgeville Amateur Soccer League (NRASL) is committed to providing local youth with opportunities to learn and play soccer. Our mission is to foster a love for the game by creating an environment where players can develop their skills and passion, while also preparing them for competitive play at the high school level.

NRASL's Travel soccer teams are organized by gender and birth year. NRS plays matches within the Ohio Travel Soccer League (OHTSL) and practices twice weekly with one additional supplemental training session.

Player development is strategically guided by the NRASL Director of Coaching and supported by our dedicated coaching staff. The current Director of Coaching is George Panagiotou, who also serves as the head coach for North Ridgeville High School's men's soccer team.

What is NRASL Travel Soccer?

Players are coached and trained by parent volunteers at our younger ages and coaches from our High School programs at the older age groups. Travel soccer is for players working to acquire a higher-level of skills and competition than NRASL's In-House Development Program (Recreational) and who aspire to play and compete at the high school level. Teams have a volunteer “parent” team manager who coordinates communication with team families, schedules, and other relevant information from NRASL (board, admin and coaches).

Benefits:

*Game facility--Root Road Soccer Complex.

*Cradle-to-High School Player PathWay (U5 - U19).

*Committed community board

Competitive Soccer Program/Travel Soccer (8-15 Years Old):

For those players who aspire to play in high school or higher, the NRASL Competitive Travel Soccer Program is where the journey begins! Players will receive two “team trainings” per week with a professional coach. Players will play a fall and spring season of 8 games, 4 of them being at home in North Ridgeville, and 4 of them being games that require you to travel. At a majority of the younger age groups, travel is minimal. Typically most games are within a 30 minute radius of North Ridgeville. Players have the option to participate in a-la-carte winter trainings and indoor games to stay sharp and continue their soccer development!
